20 Rushworth Street, Worongary

This project transformed a small 3 bedroom, 1 bath and 1 garage house into a 5 bedroom, 2 bath and 2 garage with hardwood timber decking. The 4x9 metre spotted gum timber deck allowed for a great entertaining space and a quite retreat for the home owners to peer out into the nature strip. This project was a full house extension on a sloping block, with new additions including new kitchen with 3x1.8 metre skylights, timber flooring, Scandinavian bathrooms, garage and carport, spotted gum timber deck, outside laundry and master with ensuite. Total extension spanned 14x7metre.
